Hedera\u2019s booth was located right off the main entrance and had a flurry of activity throughout the event. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Ty Smith<\/strong>, Senior Product Manager at Hashgraph, presented \u201cUnlocking the Future of AI &amp; Web3\u201d in the Protocol Village. And, <strong>Dr. Leemon Baird<\/strong>, Co-Founder of Hedera &amp; Hashgraph, joined a standing-room only panel \u201cFrom Memecoin Mania to Real Results: AI Agents Are Growing Up,\u201d where he showcased how Hedera empowers the development of intelligent, autonomous AI applications on Hedera.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>\u201cConsensus in Toronto was exhilarating this year. Hedera led the way with a powerful talk from Dr. Leemon Baird and an inspiring session by Ty (Patches) Smith on Agentic AI which showcased the convergence of Web3 and AI driving breakthrough innovation.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 <strong>Andrew Stakiwicz, Head of GTM New Products at Hashgraph<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>Additional Highlights<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hedera launched <strong>AI Studio<\/strong>: an open-source toolkit for building transparent, intelligent AI applications using tools like <strong>Hedera Agent Kit<\/strong>, <strong>ElizaOS Plugin<\/strong>, and <strong>OpenConvAI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Demo\u2019d <strong>HashSphere<\/strong>:a private, permissioned network built on Hedera technology\u2014designed to provide enterprises with the <strong>privacy and control<\/strong> they require, along with the <strong>scalability and security<\/strong> necessary for confident growth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"side-by-side-figures\">\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"4tivauw0l7q5\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights3.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"1brr4k8uad4p\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights4.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>Speaking Engagements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Money 20\/20 Asia: Bangkok, Thailand<\/strong><br \/>Sabrina Tachdjian, VP of Financial Markets, APAC at Hedera Foundation, led a session <em>\u201cDigital Assets Implementation with Hedera Foundation From Concept to Reality.\u201d<\/em> The presentation offered a behind-the-scenes look at how issuers, marketplace providers, and settlement platforms bring digital assets to life using Hedera\u2019s infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Super Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam<\/strong><br \/>Jeffrey Tchui, Vice President and Head of APAC Ecosystem at Hedera Foundation, joined a panel on <em>\u201cFinancial Innovation with Real World Assets: Strategies for Asset Digitization\u201d<\/em> where he shared insights on how tokenization of real-world assets is reshaping financial services across the APAC region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Proof of Talk: Paris, France<\/strong><br \/>Eric Piscini, CEO of Hashgraph, joined the panel \u201cLayer 1 Evolution: Defining the Next Phase of Blockchain Infrastructure.\u201d Eric spoke with other leaders from Layer 1 blockchains about what\u2019s required to meet the industry\u2019s demand for scalability, security, and interoperability, and what that means for the next generation of decentralized infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>Community Meet\u2011ups &amp; Networking<br \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Through various community meetups and networking events, Hedera continued to showcase <strong>real-world applications<\/strong> and active <strong>use cases<\/strong> being built on the Hedera network, from AI to real-world asset tokenization. Discussions spanned <strong>development, integration, enterprise adoption, institutional use<\/strong>, and the <strong>regulatory landscape<\/strong> shaping the web3 space.<\/p>\n<div class=\"side-by-side-figures\">\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"b223nvyo45x1\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights5.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"i7np2xo4ss65\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights6.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">At <strong>Token2049 Dubai<\/strong>, Hedera participated in multiple side panels on RWAs and tokenized ecosystems. A standout moment was our networking event in partnership with <strong>Karate Combat<\/strong>, <strong>the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency<\/strong>, and <strong>The Crypto Hub<\/strong>. This event provided a space for meaningful conversations, new connections, and was a fitting close to the conference. It was energizing to be among pioneering projects that share our vision for the future of decentralized technology. During the Hedera <strong>Madrid Meetup <\/strong>which featured a panel with ecosystem builders <strong>IoBuilders<\/strong> and <strong>K\u00e1bila<\/strong> -they shared their journeys, future plans, and advice for developers and founders considering building on Hedera.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>Being part of the Madrid Meetup was an incredible experience. Beyond sharing my insights on Kabila and the Hedera ecosystem during the conference, we had the chance to enjoy amazing moments with the community \u2014 and of course, reconnecting with familiar faces was truly rewarding<\/em>.\u201d <em>\u2014<\/em><strong><em> Adrian Marin, CoFounder &amp; COO at <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kabila.app\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Kabila App<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>In partnership with Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), Hedera hosted the \u201cSips &amp; Standards Networking Reception\u201d <\/strong>at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C. This invite-only gathering brought together industry leaders from across next-gen technology and regulatory landscapes. The evening fostered the thoughtful and collaborative dialogue required to advance digital asset policy in the U.S. Guests enjoyed hors d\u2019oeuvres and beverages in the historical atmosphere of the Great Hall and Luce Center, leaving the event with new insights and meaningful connections.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hedera\u2019s commitment to growing a diverse and engaged ecosystem was further reinforced through its presence in <strong>APAC<\/strong>. This quarter saw Hedera host and participate in side events at <strong>ETH Seoul<\/strong>, <strong>Web3 Festival<\/strong> in Hong Kong, <strong>Money20\/20 Asia<\/strong> in Bangkok, <strong>Super Vietnam<\/strong> in Da Nang, and <strong>ETH Taipei<\/strong>. These engagements deepened connections with both institutional and retail web3 communities across the region.<\/p>\n<div class=\"side-by-side-figures\">\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"o1xzmpge3vhf\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights7.png\"\/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-image=\"w2unpqr0dik1\" src=\"https:\/\/hedera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/qe_highlights8.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>Hackathons<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>Kenya Hackathon<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Over one weekend Hedera brought together 200+ local developers who built 72 projects. Four winning teams were selected during a packed in-person demo day, with Hedera Council member Nairobi Securities Exchange as a guest judge, marking the first dedicated Hedera hack in East Africa and planting deep roots for future regional programs.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>AI Agent Hackathon<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A 300-hacker online sprint yielded 70+ on-chain agent projects and 14 finalists pitching live to VCs during the Hedera AI Demo Days 1 &amp; 2. The event drew 600k views and resulted in  a 10x spike in weekly downloads of our AI Agent Kit, all under the guidance of VCs (Funders VC, Outlier Ventures, HiveMind), eight community partners, and cross-chain guests such as Algorand and XDC.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"color-ultraviolet\"><strong>ETHGlobal Prague<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">During the two-day ETH Prague hackathon, Jake Hall, Developer Relations Engineer at Hashgraph hosted a \u201cHow to Vibe Code on Hedera\u201d workshop. Additionally, the Hedera team mentored 16 elite hackers on AI and Hedera&#8217;s EVM, and saw every team ship a polished prototype.
